Company "Bane", located in Sombor, is the oldest and most known factory for production of irons in this area – started to work on 1947. Metal industry "Bane Sekulic" become known as one of the most important manufacturer in this industry branch.

POTENTIALS OF THE FACTORY BANE ARE FOLLOWING:

"Bane" products are present on the market for over than 50 years, that are identified and irreplaceable because of highly positioned standards. Beside the domestic market, these products are well known on the markets where „Bane“ exported their products: Poland, Slovakia, Check Republic, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Iran, Egypt and France.

Company "Bane" is capable to produce (tolls and basic machine park) for production of following hardware groups:

- locks for wooden (mortise lock) and metal doors (portal locks) according to the JUS, DIN, GOST, ISO and French standards (capacity is 4 million units a year)
-   cylinders, pad locks, cylinders for various cabinets, cylinders and pad locks of the “same key” master-key system (capacity of 2 million units a year)
-   door handle, face plates, window handles (capacity is 300.000 units a year)
-   fittings for furniture
-   tilt-turn hardware for wooden window and door furniture
-   ship, boats and yachts fittings
-   production of the consumer goods (8 million units a year)

Factory uses following equipment:

-   brass processing transfers;
-   welding equipment for cold iron welding;
- ex-center presses;
-   transfer presses;
-   special machines for treatment;
-   plastic spray nozzles;
-   automatic lines for galvanic treatment

"Bane" factory also uses:

- line for galvanic protection for galvanization, zinc plating, anodizing and nickel plating with regulated system of waste water and all necessary working permissions;
- tool workshop with all needed equipment for production of special tools, machines and equipment for our own use and for the market. Tool workshop has possibilities for different types of treatment: preparatory milling, milling, copying milling, grating, high temperature treatment, round drilling, profile drilling, electrode eroding, wire electrode eroding;
- foundry is equipped for: casting of traps under pressure, casting of brass, silumin, castings of eloxal into casts and sand casting.

"Bane" is the only company on the domestic market with adequate Certificates for production of master key system, cylinders and pad locks, which are being used for special purposes buyers like "Distribution of Electric Power", "Water Factory", penitentiary, Hotels and other systems.
